0:06 is clean water and this represents how

0:09 you’re born

0:10 perfect no flaws a clean slate

0:14 but then

0:15 life happens

0:17 we’re told how we have to fit in

0:20 we’re told what we’re supposed to do

0:23 what’s not acceptable

0:25 what society wants some people get told

0:28 that they’re stupid they get told that

0:30 they’re fat they get told that they’re

0:31 not enough

0:33 we have some failed relationships we go

0:35 on instagram and we compare ourselves

0:38 with other people

0:39 we see the advertisements and realize

0:41 that we’re not as good as the

0:43 photoshopped photos

0:44 and

0:45 what happens

0:47 we become negative and we start having

0:49 negative self-talk so not only is there

0:51 negativity outside of you but the

0:53 negative self-talk is now negativity

0:56 inside of you

0:57 life happens it’s impossible to go

1:00 through life without getting some scars

1:02 but then we hear that we should think

1:04 positive

1:08 and that’s like taking a little bit of

1:09 clean water

1:11 and pouring it in

1:12 it makes it a little bit more clear

1:14 but

1:15 it doesn’t make the negativity go away

1:18 and at this point is where most people

1:19 give up they say that positive thinking

1:21 doesn’t work well if you go at it this

1:24 way of course it doesn’t work but then

1:26 there’s some people that try a little

1:27 bit more positive thinking

1:31 and they take more water

1:33 and they pour it in

1:35 and becomes a little bit more clear and

1:37 a little bit more clear but it’s still

1:39 dirty but then you have to realize that

1:42 this is how you have to be

1:44 you have to search for the positive

1:46 things in your life

1:48 you have to find the things to be

1:49 grateful for the things to be happy

1:51 about you have to be intentional about

1:53 creating positive relationships in an

1:55 environment in your life that’s positive

1:58 because thinking positive isn’t

2:00 something that you do

2:02 sometimes it’s something that you have

2:04 to do all of the time

2:06 you have to be proactive about it you

2:10 have to realize that the world is

2:12 inherently negative and you have to be

2:15 intentional every day about filling

2:18 yourself with positivity and if we do

2:22 this is what our mind will become

2:25 it’ll start to become a little bit more

2:26 clear and a little bit more clear and a

2:29 little bit more clear

2:31 because see positive thinking isn’t

2:33 something that you do sometimes it’s

2:36 something that you have to do

2:38 all the time
